- Parking available for 3-4 vehicles including covered spaces.
- Private boardwalk leading to direct beach access.
- Guests do not have access to the elevator.

- Your stay is located on the scenic beachfront of Indian Pass.
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
- The house comfortably sleeps up to 10 guests.
- Your reservation includes $250 worth of beach and adventure gear rental! You will be able to shop for bikes, paddle boards, kayaks, beach chairs, umbrellas, or even beach carts. No need to find the rental company, your gear will be delivered to your beach house and will be waiting for your arrival.
- Renters must be at least 25 years old.
- Events that exceed the maximum number of guests or require supervision are not allowed.
- This is a non-smoking property.
- Bringing a pet? Please check with us on size and number limits for pets.
