Third time back to Beachalicious and there's nothing like waking up each morning to the expansive view of the beach & ocean outside every window! We love the seclusion of this house, the pool, the gorgeous deck space and comfy furniture, the short walk to the beach (and having it nearly to ourselves in early November with tons of shells !), the spacious kitchen with plenty of gadgets & dishes & storage space (and two fridges!), and comfy rooms. Our favorite place to vacation!

The house is AMAZING. AMAZING location. Only problem is the BEARS. ? Coming from the mountains of TN. We were NOT expecting bears at the beach! ?We never actually encountered them but they were in the trash EVERY night resulting in us having to call the office every morning. All in all we enjoyed this property & our stay. I just suggest looking into some bear boxes for the trash.

Beautiful location, house was everything we needed and a lot more! It was right there on the beach, upscale in all the right ways. Landscaping and brickwork could use a touch up but that just because I am OCD!? Very few issues and if we had one the staff fixed it immediately. Everyone we encountered was kind and professional. Owner was super sweet and helpful. One of the best vacations we have ever had. This was not a PC-like party destination. This was a chilled out, layed back place with all the same options for activities with out all the annoying nonsense. ?????????? No Doubt!

Hi Shirley, We do hate that you won't be back next year but we believe that if you were to compare homes in other beach markets you'll find that our homes are still 20% less than the average beach home anywhere else in the state of Florida.

So PLEASE don't take this wrong here are a few cons for the season being at the beginning. Need bathroom door, hotter water and pressure in shower and softer mattress in master. Ice maker doesn't make ice. Pool needed vacuumed I skimmed. Screened area needed cleaned. We will be back in September (Already Booked) Thank you for all the special touches for any needs that may arise and your excellent decorating and landscaping skills.

My husband and I took our daughter, her husband and our 2 granddaughters to this home for 2 weeks. Everyone of us loved the stay and we never once felt like we were on top of each other. The home was amazing and there was a view of the gulf out of every room. The kitchen was awesome with everything a chef would need plus top of the line appliances. We absolutely loved the privacy and the wrap-a-porches were wonderful! We definitely loved the forgotten beaches of Port St Joe!

There are some vacation homes that are seldom visited by the people who own/manage them; there are others that are clearly cherished and meticulously maintained by the people that own them. This property is definitely the latter. This house is spacious with spectacular Gulf views from every room. I love to cook and the kitchen is simply my dream kitchen with all Viking appliances. The house sits alone on a large lot so there are no neighbors close by, and lends itself to a truly relaxing vacation. The house is stocked with puzzles and board games to enjoy evenings spent with family. We’ve been vacationing on Indian Pass for several years now, and this was our favorite house. Long walks or bike rides on the beach with having the beach all to yourself is the norm. The endless wrap around porches are perfect for spending as much time as possible outdoors. We even had a visit one afternoon from a bald eagle in the nearby pines. We treasured our stay here, and look forward to staying again.

This was the first time we stayed at Beachalicious and we hope to stay there again next year. This was our 15th year going to this area and we think this was the best week ever. The weather was perfect and the house fit our family needs above and beyond. We were pleasantly surprised with all the kitchen amenities and felt right at home.
Having the heated pool was a big plus too. One issue with elevator but management company responded very quickly and it was resolved. The house is secluded, which we wanted, with a short walk to the beach and great view of the ocean. We would highly recommend Beachalicious.

We had a wonderful week at the beach this year. This was the first time we stayed at Beachalicious and we hope to stay there again next year. This was our 15th year going to this area and we think this was the best week ever. The weather was perfect and the house fit our family needs above and beyond. We were pleasantly surprised with all the kitchen amenities and felt right at home. Having the heated pool was a big plus too. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: First the negative. The apex predators. No, not the bears getting in the trash: never saw him or her. The mosquitoes are aggressive, so bring bug spray. Then there are a couple items that are good or bad depending on your point of view. The house is a bit isolated. But that is actually a positive to me. The family kept going into Panama City Beach for reasons that mystify me. There are large schools of fish, and that brings some sharks. I got in the ocean when there were no birds diving into the water, when there were not large schools of fish. The family was skittish though. The positives are many. It is an absolutely lovely home and is nicely decorated. One could not beat the view. It is right on the beach and the view of the gulf is very nice. The sounds of the waves was quite relaxing. And the home is situated where you get to see both the sunrise and the sunset. The elevator made stocking the kitchen on the third floor a breeze. The pool was great and the kids enjoyed it. There were a couple minor things that were addressed within hours: very responsive. Frankly, I can't wait to return in the future. Highly recommended.

Had a couple of issues that are just part of a property, but both Cape and Coast and owners responded immediately. Amenities are incredible, views and location spectacular. This home is a tropical getaway, we felt like we was on a deserted island, with palm trees all around. The owners have given this house the comforts of home with a millennium dollar view of the beach. We will rent this awesome house any time! Cape and Coast is fantastic to work with!

Every single detail was thought through - even a doggie water and food bowl. The only negative I would say is that the sliding glass doors in the living room did NOT have curtains on them and that's not good for the turtles. And when the molding was done, they ran the base molding all the way in front of the sliding doors creating a ridge of wood that was easy to trip on and our doggies had difficulties negotiating.

Even weeks before we traveled to Florida we had a good feeling about this property, the owners, and the management company. We inquired if there were a few specific small kitchen appliances to which the reply was no but the homeowners would make sure they were there for our visit. Upon our arrival they were there brand new in the boxes. Talk about service! The house was great for the 10 of us. Plenty of room. The louvred doors and hardwood floors caused some noise issues but we got used to it. The kitchen has 2 or 3 of everything you need as well as several place settings to include little plastic plates, bowls, cups, and plastic ware for the little ones. A high chair and booster seats were also available. The house was clean and the furniture was in great shape. Cape and Coast Property Management responded immediately over two issues we had while there. They were awesome. The beach was great to have right outside the house. After our first night we awoke to the sight of dolphins swimming about 30 yards off shore. We sighted them everyday after that. Almost like the local chamber of commerce sponsored them.....lol. Pelicans were great to watch and the little ones picked up the art of shell hunting. Pockets were full each time they came back to the house. We highly recommend this house!

Reviewer Comments: I researched hundreds of beach houses for rent in the Cape San Blas/Port St. Joe area in preparation for my parents' 30th wedding anniversary family beach vacation, and we finally settled on Beachalicious for our family of 7. The photos showed a glorious gulf view with comfortable, spacious bedrooms and family areas, and my only concern was that the actual house would not meet our expectations based on the pictures. Quite the opposite - when we arrived, Beachalicious far exceeded our expectations. Each room was spacious and well-furnished, the entire house and the outdoor areas were very clean, and the location was quiet and lovely, not packed in a row of houses but with plenty of trees between it and the nearest houses. We loved the elevator (no lugging groceries or luggage up three flights of stairs!), the expansive (crystal-clear and clean) windows and sliding doors, the luxurious bathrooms (especially that master bedroom shower!), the comfortable beds and lounging furniture, the many options for outdoor seating, the abundance of kitchen supplies (fiesta ware and melamine dishes, plastic cups and fancy glasses/goblets, plenty of silverware, and many kitchen gadgets including a Ninja blender for smoothies!), the spacious laundry room and walk-in bedroom closets, the large TVs in each room and in the family room, and the gorgeous outdoor wrap-around decks, screened-in porch, brick patio, and boardwalk to the beach. The pool was the perfect size for our family and had great poolside seating, and we appreciated the extra pool toys. We rented from VayK Gear rental, and all our gear was waiting on arrival. Biking along the water's edge was the number one highlight of our entire stay. My interaction with Cape & Coast was always professional and they were prompt to respond to our questions and requests. I highly recommend Beachalicious.

The beach hose was a wonderful getaway for our group that went. The property was clean and nicely supplied with all the essentials. I brought things that I didn't want to be without only to find a very well stocked kitchen (not food but pans, dishes and appliances)Also we arrived earlier that the 5pm check in and was allowed in a few hrs early. which was greatly appreciated. Hats off to Cape and Coast for making this vacation a great time. Would come back in a heart beat!!

We had a great week of family fun! This house has more than enough room for everyone and the layout is great! This rental is about 10 minutes away from anywhere, so truly is relaxing and no hustle and bustle! The pool was a great amenity and we would definitely come back to this house!

My husband, daughter, four grandchildren, and I stayed for a week at this beautiful home!! The views are spectacular and the decks are huge!! The kitchen is fully equipped for having large groups and you do not have to search for anything, because it it there! My parents, sisters, and their families were staying in two other houses, and when they came to ours for dinner, they were amazed at the decor, the views, and the openness of the house. I would recommend it for anyone and I hope that this isn't the last time that I stay there!! Also, Cape and Coast Realty was wonderful! We had issues with the washing machine and a pocket door on one of the bathrooms. Patti was there very quickly after my husband called, and the problems were fixed immediately, even after having to call others to fix them.

We spent a week at Beachalicious and it was heavenly. Its décor is beachy and charming and the kitchen has everything we needed - kitchen tools, wineglasses, plenty of dishes, etc. There is a pool but because the weather was so nice and the water was so clear, that we spent most of our time on the beach, swimming and looking for shells and starfish, and keeping daily tabs on a sea turtle nest! The area has a very relaxed vibe, and we felt like we had our own private beach, it was so uncrowded. The house has unbelievable views to the front AND sides because there are no houses next door - something that was important to me when booking because I don't like looking into other people's windows (and vice versa)! One day we walked to Indian Pass Raw Bar, a scenic stroll that was not too far. I highly recommend Beachalicious, and the manager Cape and Coast as our booking and stay went very smoothly.

Beachalicious is a gorgeous house located on a pristine and private stretch of beach. Our family loved being close to nature with the beach and dunes an stars - but also having a well-equipped house with private swimming pool (which the children loved). The kitchen - and the entire house - had everything we needed for the perfect vacation. Cape & Coast was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the area. We will be back in the spring!
