The house was amazing. Many bedrooms perfect for our family! Staff were very helpful and very pleasant. We will be back Also LOVED the fact that you had enough garbage cans outside! Pool heat was wonderful and reasonable.

Fantastic property with plenty of space for group/family/friend rentals. Was there for a girlfriends’ beach week and couldn’t have asked for a better spot. Has all the amenities, including pool/hot tub and spacious guest rooms/bathrooms. Right on the beach with incredible views of the ocean from multi-level terraces. Definitely planning a return trip ASAP!

This is the most beautiful home we have rented in the Port St. Joe/Cape San Blas area. This home comfortably housed our family and friends for the week we were there. It could use a few tweaks, like some trimming of trees between the house and the beach, an outdoor shower, and a stand alone icemaker. However, these small things did not stop our group from having the best beach vacation ever. The huge pool this home has allows one to swim laps on one side while others may relax on the swim shelf and the other half of the pool at the same time. The views of the beach from the top two oceanfront master suites is spectacular for morning coffee or evening cocktails. The oceanfront balcony on the living area level has a huge table that seats about 20, and a great slightly obstructed view of the beach. This level also adjoins a balcony off of the master on the living room level also. All of the bedrooms of this home are spectacular, all with ensuites and beds that any adult can be comfortable in. The Queen over Queen bunks in the 2 bunk rooms are comfortable enough for any adult no matter their size, let alone children. The surprise we got when we arrived in this home was the \"game level\". This oceanfront palace has a level which includes 2 king size suites, one bunk room suite, a game room with a digital pinball machine, and two arcade game machines with various games like Ms. Pac Man, Galaga, Dig Dug on one, and Street Fighter and other games on another. This level also has a beautiful pool table, an oblong table perfect for those late night card games, and a huge l shaped pit group and TV for sports or movies. This level also has balcony for gathering oceanfront as well. The kitchen is a little small, but has great appliances and ample cookware, serveware, and small appliances for any feast you would like to prepare for your group. We had a shrimp boil two different nights using the local seafood vendors to acquire our shrimp from. Rent this home!

What a week! This incredibly designed house truly has it all and offers everything needed for an unforgettable and relaxing vacation on the Cape. Sweeping oceanfront views, luxe bathrooms with spa-like showers, a chef-worthy kitchen equipped with 2 dishwashers and 2 sinks, ample space for indoor and outdoor dining, washers and dryers on the second and fourth floor, dreamy guest rooms with comfy mattresses, huge TV’s and private decks (we loved our in-room mini fridge!), an L-shaped pool ideal for lounging or swimming laps, relaxing hot tub, pool table and game room (played pac-man more than we’ll ever admit!), custom queen-sized built-in bunk beds, and just a short walk from the serene state park offering miles of empty sugar-white sandy beaches that we had virtually all to ourselves. I’ve always loved the Cape and will never rent another house or from another rental company. Cape & Coast is now our official go-to team for excellence. This best kept secret surely won’t stay a secret for much longer—we’ve already booked for next year and we cannot wait to be back.

The house was fantastic and wonderfully designed. Each room had its own feel and allowed everyone to have their own oasis. The private access to the beach was a wonderful perk.
