Great house for us. About 50 yards from gulf. Enjoyed the sunsets every night. Easy access to beach for walks. House was very well maintained. Elevators came in handy with the 4 floors as we had several folks with disabilities. Loved that 4 bedrooms faced the gulf and had porches to sit and listen to the waves or just enjoy the view. The house had everything we needed from kitchen appliances to bathroom amenities. A shout out to vayak gear. They delivered the equipment on time and we had fun playing corn hole and riding bikes. The staff at premier coast was great. We had a problem with the elevator one day and they had the service person there in very short order. We also had to have medicine delivered their office for a guest and they were very nice to help us out with that. Great stay at rosemary dunes. Would definitely rent again.

Our family had an amazing trip at Cape San Blas and Easy Breezy home. This home is incredible inside and out! The layout is perfect, plenty of space and the location is perfect! Sitting on the beach just steps away from a beautiful very private beach. The guys loved being able to walk out and fish right outside the house..everything was just perfect..we will definitely choose to go back!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our first time coming to this area, per recommendations of friends. It was absolutely gorgeous! The house was beautiful and was perfect to allow our family (young and old) to spread out and have space, while coming together for meals and gorgeous balcony sunsets. There was a lot of red tide our last 3 days, so the air quality got really bad, but we could at least enjoy the pool and time on the balcony. Would highly recommend this place and would definitely rent again should we ever decide to return to Cape San Blas.

The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed since we cooked all our meals. The view of the gulf was priceless with easy access via a short boardwalk, and it was uncrowded even on a holiday weekend.All the beds and furniture were very comfortable. The separation of bedrooms on 2 different floors with the main floor between gave plenty of privacy.Air conditioning was great on all levels. There was plenty of hot water for our large group.The availability of the elevator was so very helpful for a handicapped family member.I could go on and on, but just know it is a perfect house and we would return in a heartbeat!!

We had 8 adults and 6 children! This place was very suited to all our needs! We all had plenty of space, enjoyed the porches and the easy access to the beach! You won’t regret staying here at all. Very convenient to the Trading Post, the donut shop and Peachies! IT IS AN AWESOME PLACE, hope to go back soon!

This was our 4th year staying at Easy Breezy, and it was awesome as always! It’s the perfect house for our crew of 16. We have made many awesome memories there, and we hope to make many more!

Also, the maintenance crew at Cape & Coast is on top of things. Anytime there have been any issues, they have quickly responded and we haven’t been inconvenienced.

The house was wonderul and in an excellent location. Beach access was great and the beach was pretty empty. A few minor maintenance issues that need to be addressed the house was wonderul. Very well appointed with items you will need in the kitchen. Our favorite activity was sitting on the deck watching the sunset. Would love to return on another vacation.

There are views of the bay and beach from the balconies. Plus the pool and private beach access. We were a group of 18 and prepped all our meals at the house. Best equipped kitchen we have ever had. All the dishes, pots, pans, appliances, utensils, etc we needed. The grill was also very nice. The adults reported the beds were comfortable. It was nice having a bathroom off each bedroom. Other pluses: outside shower, lower level restroom, ice maker and two refrigerators. Cape and Coast Vacation Rental Staff were very helpful when we needed them. Great customer service. Improvements are needed on dishwashers. Although they were "top of the line" when Easy Breezy was built, they need replaced. One was not operational and the other needed TLC to get it going. With a full house, no one wants to do dishes on vacation! We had water pressure issues, but think all of Cape San Blas did one evening. Our family would stay at Easy Breezy again.

Reviewer Comments: Easy Breezy is a very large wonderful house in a location on Cape San Blas that is ideal. 6 bedrooms 8 bathrooms, and an elevator allow for a big family or many guests. The 3rd floor common living area is big, with lots of windows looking over the gulf, a large dining room table that easily sits 12. The kitchen is large and well stocked. The house is nicely furnished with quality pieces. The only caveat is the dishwashers, and microwave can be a bit troublesome in their operation. Our hope is that they are replaced sometime in 2020. There are decks facing the gulf on the 2nd, 3rd and 4th levels. Overall we love coming here each February.

We stayed at Easy Breezy for the first time and the house is absolutely beautiful and fit our family perfectly! We are six adults and six kids and everyone loved the house and the kids especially loved the pool!! The beach is so close and beautiful!We were celebrating my daughters and son in laws birthday and were going to cook steaks for everyone. The grill was really small and my husband was concerned that he wouldn't be able to cook all of steaks, the management company had come by to fix something else for us and I mentioned that we were cooking a lot of steaks and were worried about the small grill...two days later they showed up with a nice big grill!!Now that's great customer service!! The birthday's celebration was great and the steaks were awesome!!Great maintenance team and property management! I would highly recommend this house!

The location on the cape is perfect. We love to walk or bike to the trading post for biscuits - or for fresh donuts from Weber’s. Oh, or ice cream cones in the evening. Only steps away, the beach is perfect and the water so clear. Finally, the house is immaculate with great space for our large family.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had another great trip down to Cape San Blas. The Cape is still recovering from Hurricane Mike, which is to be expected. Our house was not damaged too bad. For the most part we had a great experience with the house. There are a couple hurricane related issues still to be repaired. The pavers around the pool were caving in around the deck in areas and there seemed to be an issue with the sump crock. C & C attempted to address the sump issue but the solution only worked a day or so. The pool was a bit dirty when we arrived and did not get taken care of until Tuesday. That was our only real issue. We have booked for next year already.

Reviewer Comments: ABOUT CAPE SAN BLAS - We've visited the area for the last 4 years, and had some concerns about how the area had fared and what Hurricane Michael damage we would find. There was no cause to worry. The beach is as white, wide and wonderful as ever. The water was the same beautiful blue/green. The roads and bike/walking path are just fine for driving and riding. We were able to get the few items we needed at the local grocery, shrimp market and lunch counter, and even decided to order pizzas one night. Of course, there are on-going repairs on many houses, and debris that needs to be picked up, but we were glad to be there, and hope that our tourist dollars helped just a tiny bit in their recovery. ABOUT EASY BREEZY - What a gorgeous house with an incredible kitchen and convenient layout! The main living level is wide open with wrap-around decks on 2 sides. There are no outside stairs on these decks, so it is safe to have the doors open without concern about the dogs or little kids escaping. Sunsets on this deck ended most days, with the bonus of dolphins swimming by in late morning/mid day. On a lower level there are 3 bedrooms and 3 baths with their own wrap-around deck. In our group, this was where the young adults were, so they had late nights and late mornings away from us early birds. On the top level there are two master suites with a Gulf-front deck and a bunk room with its own bath. This turned out to be an always-quiet escape for a quick check-in at the office, a bit of reading, a nap, or for amazing star-gazing. We cracked the slider every night, and slept wonderfully with the sound of the ocean as backdrop. The house is so wonderfully insulated for sound, that when we started the day at 5-6 am or the young ones were up 'til 3 or 4, sleepers on the other floors never even heard that anyone was up. They have really thought of everything at this beautiful beach house. Come visit Cape San Blas and Easy Breezy - it is as wonderful as ever!

Reviewer Comments: My family of 13 arrived at Easy Breezy ready for a week of rest and relaxation at “the Cape.” Unfortunately, Hurricane Michael had other plans for us. Even though we had to evacuate after only two full days, we loved our time at Easy Breezy. This home couldn’t be in a better location. It is close to everything you could possibly need - Scallop Cove (think beer growlers!), Cape Trading Post, Marathon gas station, Shoobies Frozen Treats and Weber’s Little Donut Shop (go early, they sell out). The home is tastefully under-decorated, which suits me just fine. I thought it odd that most of the walls are bare, but I didn’t go to the beach for art. The furnishings were perfect for our large group. There is a nice large sectional in the living area and a dining table that could seat our entire group. The kitchen appliances are high end and a bit complicated, but once I Googled how to unlock the stove top it was smooth sailing. I was pleased to have plenty of flatware and dishes. We never ran out of plates or coffee cups. The best part.....wine glasses and lots of them!!! Easy Breezy has plenty of serving dishes, bakeware, and pots and pans. The beds are comfortable with nice linens. The bedrooms are small, so I can understand the lack of dressers. The closets; however, have shelves and plenty of hangers to accommodate. The third floor deck was our favorite place to hang out. There are plenty of tables and chairs to sit and relax, eat a meal, or just lose track of time gazing at the ocean. I sincerely hope this home, and all the others on the cape, survived the storm. The Cape is a beautiful place to vacation and I plan to return. PSA: Buy your travel insurance! I did not have insurance and Cape and Coast does not refund due to mandatory evacuations.

Reviewer Comments: Let's start with the bad, the appliances are unique is the best way to put it with the controls and if would have found the manuals earlier then wouldn't have been and issue. They are above the fridge BTW. Now for the fantastic. Best rental company ever. Didn't need them during the stay but prior they were very helpful. The app is great and no check in. Loved that. The house was just beautiful inside and spectacular outside. I sleep on the deck one night, AMAZING! More seating outside than in, not really but feels like it. Pool seems small but actually was sufficient. Area is serene and private. The drive to the Pig was not as bad as originally thought, 20 min. Not sure what previous reviews spoke about showing age?!?!? Rubbish. I will be back and I am sure everything will be fantastic again. CAPE & COAST RENTALS RULES!!!!

Even with Tropical Storm Alberto the first few days didn't ruin our vacation! Plenty of space in the family room for a marathon monopoly game! We had 4 families and everyone fit perfect. The house is beautiful and has everything you need. Loved that we could build a fire on the beach to roast marshmallows..the beach was not crowded at all...very private, which we loved. The donut shop ice cream shop is walking distance and grocery shopping is only about 15-20 min away in Port St. Joe. Also loved sitting on the porch facing the ocean...such an awesome view and beautiful sunsets. Only complaint is no dressers in the bedrooms, just a few shelves in the closet. The elevator is a huge plus for bringing in luggage and coolers too. Can't wait to come back to this house!

The house is bright and beautiful and always very clean. There were 4 different families and there was enough room for all of us. The pool is amazing. The water was nice and refreshing. The boardwalk is great and is one of the few that have steps that lead right down to the beach. We had beautiful weather the whole time and the ocean was great!

Easy Breezy was by far the best house we've ever rented. The kitchen was perfect for feeding 13 people and had every convenience we could ask for. The house was well designed having big family events, or easily providing room for privacy--perfect for suiting everyone's vacation needs! The private boardwalk afforded us with all the unimpeded beach area we wanted. We needed two minor repairs on the house while were there, and there was a repairman there within an hour to take care of the problems. We plan on returning to this house from now on.

A few things to note, 2nd floor master bathroom vents are making a noise when windy, shower doesn't drain well, there were 4 dead mice in pool, and a smoke alarm battery was chirpy on our last night. Other than that we will be back. Loved our stay.

We've already reserved it for next year. The only bad thing about it was that we had to leave!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: What a perfect week in Cape San Blas. The house fit our needs perfectly. The sunset and sunrise were outstanding from the porches. The only truly disappointing thing about the house was it was already booked for our break time next year. We had four families with kids and they all had a bed to sleep in. We had a couple issues with the pool heat but Cape and Coast took care of them the next day. We were not able to get the speaker system working with our iPhone music selection and we never did get the pool lights working. Other than that everything was great.

We had a few issues but Patti from Cape&Coast responded very quickly and they were fixed. Beach was great ,very quite , and private. Only saw other families coming down from their rental houses. Great place to take the whole family. We had 14 in our family come it was absolutely awesome. Quiet area loved it!!!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a beautiful home, great for a large gathering. The unique layout gives privacy to the bedrooms and allows for maximum views. The kitchen is well stocked with pans, bowls, baking items, storage containers and two dishwashers. The are more than enough plates, silver and glassware. Could not have asked for better accommodations for our large family gathering. Decks are nice feature and all the seating an added bonus. This is our second year staying in the house and I'm certain it won't be out last. Cape San Blas is very quiet and laid back for Florida. Port St. Joe is good for supplies, Appalachicola a great place for unique shopping. On a scale of 1-10, this home and area is a 11.
