The relaxation, uncrowded beaches, cape san blas is laid back we loved that it wasn't over populated with t-shirt shops and all the attractions. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming. Absolute beauty. Wonderful state park. Clean beaches, crystal clear water. And an Absolute gorgeous home with a view that's indescribable!

The house and location are optimal. Cape San Blas is a very family and pet friendly beach. Very quiet area on the beach. House is well maintained and clean. Easy walk to the beach on a private boardwalk. The VayK rental gear was in good condition and no issues with delivery. The kitchen was well equipped. WiFi worked well. Rooms all had comfortable beds and nice size. Management was responsive before and during our stay (and even made sure there was extra propane for the grill). Plenty of parking available.

i’ve had some bad experiences with other vacation rental companies, so i was really nervous to book this house for a family vacay. however, it ended up being a great fit for us! there is some normal wear & tear, & it could use a good deep clean but nothing significant enough to impact our stay. the kitchen is well stocked, the house was large enough to have plenty of space for our family of 11, we never ran out of hot water, & i saw NO bugs in the house during our stay, which was a relief! The property manager addressed minor issues quickly & were helpful & pleasant with any question or concern i had! The best part of the house is the two-tier deck & easy access to the beach! We all left a little sad that our stay was over. i’ll forever be glad i booked this house!

This was our third year at Ocean Song and we love it as much as our 1st stay here. The view is spectacular, we love the 2 level deck.. we were pleased to see the deck was replaced with new boards and we love the new deck furniture. The house is always clean and the folks at Cape and Coast are always helpful. We are booked for 2 months next year and couldn’t be happier. We would love to stay in March but it’s never available.

This was our first visit to the area and couldn't have chosen a better house or location. Ocean Song had everything we needed for our family of five, plus our pup. There was plenty of space, the home was well appointed, and had everything we needed. We were able to have all the comforts of home away from home. We had three very minor maintenance issues when we first arrived and they were addressed quickly. The location was perfect, walking distance to Scallop Cove General Store and Beach Planet beach store. The beach is pristine, was fantastic for shell hunting and fishing, water temp was still too cold for everyone but our 9 year old. A great overall value for an unforgettable trip. We hope to be back soon!

We enjoyed everything, location was perfect. Our one and only minor dislike was the need, in our opinion, of more comfortable living room furniture. The swivel chairs need to go! Overall though, great!!

Perfect Beach home for a quiet get-a-way. The beds are the most comfortable we have ever slept on! A quick walk to the beach on a short boardwalk from the house. Fantastic sunsets every night on the deck. We will be back!

The rooms were a great configuration and we all had plenty of room. The bunk room was a bonus for our girls that no longer like to share a bed.
We loved watching the dolphins and the water was super clear the most days. That isn't the norm on so near the rocks. We were all pleasantly surprised.
The Trading Post, Beach Planet and Scallop Cover were all walkable distance. That was a huge plus for us.
Couches were comfortable and there was a small supply of movies and a couple 200 piece puzzles. There were no board games. My son found several left behind toys in the couches and made good use of those. :)
The kitchen was not well stocked and we were glad we brought along many items with us. Good knives, a non stick skillet, and for a large group, pots and pans, baking sheets, as well as silverware are very limited. Lots of glasses, plates, serving dishes, pitchers, crock pot and blenders were available.
All in all a great stay

This was our family's fourth year staying at Ocean Song. The layout of the house is fantastic with amazing views of both the bay and the ocean. The deck is perfect for kids and dogs and allows you to watch the dolphins throughout the day and evening. You can't beat the location! There are no houses behind you which allows great views of the bay and also makes the beach uncrowded. We love staying here.

I think the thing we appreciated most was the porch (on beach side). It was the perfect place for drying towels and bathing suits; we never had to bring these wet, sandy items into the house. I would recommend guests bring liquid or loose powder dishwasher detergent. The dishwasher didn't wash as well with "pods".

( later found out it was for a beach restoration project) Oh yeah also hurricane Michael came on wed :( so we left Tuesday morning only staying 3 nights. This was our second stay at Ocean Song, and it's unanimous it fits our idea of a great gathering place for family and beach fun. We were able to get in earlier than the 5:00 arrival time which was very much appreciated after long drives from the north. The home was clean, bedding fresh and towels bright and new. We did have to defrost both the refrigerator ice maker as well as the stand-alone ice maker for them to work, but other than that, all was wonderful.

We love Cape San Blas and we love this property. This was our second stay at Ocean Song, and it's unanimous it fits our idea of a great gathering place for family and beach fun. We were able to get in earlier than the 5:00 arrival time which was very much appreciated after long drives from the north. The home was clean, bedding fresh and towels bright and new. We did have to defrost the stand-alone ice maker for it to work, but other than that, all was wonderful.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: wonderful location for enjoying the ocean and beach. It was not necessary to carry coolers,Etc down. Decks were great for just sitting out and reading or just relaxing. Layout of house accommodated our family of 9 perfectly. Yes pet friendly but house keeping had not cleaned as properly as should but nothing a broom and little time did not fix. Property managers were the BEST to work with!

Housekeeping did an excellent job having our rental fresh and ready. Great view, easy beach access, well stocked kitchen. This was our third year to stay at Ocean Song and hopefully will not be our last.

My family's vacation was really great. We have stayed at Ocean Song multiple times and enjoy it very much. The home is well appointed, well maintained, and just steps from the beach. We did have unexpected problems with a smoke detector and the washing machine. Both of these issues were quickly resolved by a very friendly and dependable support staff, and the Owner delivered a new washing machine the next day. Great service!
