The location was beautiful. Response to problems with the door keypad were handled very quickly. Staff that I spoke to on the phone with issues, were very polite and accommodating. The beds were SUPER fluffy!

Being so close to the beach was wonderful. The living room furniture was comfy and the high chairs on the decks were very nice. The neighborhood was very quiet.

Location was great and walk to the beach was short. The only down fall to this house is TONS of stairs! It’s terrible carrying groceries or luggage in or out. The mattress on the main level with living room is absolutely terrible. We alternated to the couch just to relive some back pain. It was a sinking pit! The cleaning crew could do better. The pool area needs to be cleaned up. Weeds all over fence that are inside fence also. We also had ppl show up to take garbage to road, then they come back to bring it in, pool guy showed up to vacuum and random days when we were cooking breakfast and noticed someone down there. No biggie but maybe text and let someone know that he’s coming. Overall we enjoyed our stay but left early just to come home and sleep in our own bed because we were exhausted. Suggestions: replace mattress and the coffee pot!

We loved being right on the beach, the beautiful view of sunrise and sunset, the pool, keyless entry, open floor plan of the house, great air conditioning, comfy beds, and soft sheets.

We spent 2 wonderful weeks at Seminole Wind and found it to be even more welcoming and lovely than the pictures. The bedrooms are comfy, and the kitchen is well-stocked and spacious. Morning sunrises with our coffee on the top deck were spectacular, especially when the dolphins visited nearly every morning! The beach is wide and uncrowded, the pool is refreshing and perfect for cooling off after beach time, and sunsets are beyond gorgeous! We loved everything about our stay at Seminole Wind!

This is the best vacation rental you can ask for. Perfect views, steps from the beach & a quiet area. The house was so clean and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed for our stay. We can’t wait to go back this fall!

This home was perfect for our first family of 5 vacation. The beach was wonderful and not overcrowded. The home was perfect with 3 of the bedrooms being on the same level and our boys LOVED the bunk room. The home was well decorated and was easy to make yourself at home from the moment that you walked in the door. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything that you may need to cook any of your meals. And the view from the decks are breathtaking and perfect for sitting early in the morning or in the evening. We will definitely be visiting Seminole Wind again!

I'm an old man now but Indian Pass reminds me of the Florida beaches when I was a child. Not overcrowded, not a lot of ridiculous rules, extremely pet friendly as well as people friendly, and everyone cleans up after themselves. The house is perfect. Literally just steps from the beach. The pool is great for the grandkids with a good size landing area and steps. The inside is comfortable, tastefully decorated, and well set up. We are definitely going back.

My family and I had the absolute best, and most relaxing, week at Seminole Wind! The location was quiet and peaceful. The house is extremely clean, comfortable, tastefully decorated, fully stocked, and steps from the beach. There are breathtaking views from every room and the spacious decks are perfect for morning coffee and dolphin watching. Frankly, we loved everything about this house and hope to visit again soon!!

This house is awesome! Beautiful and comfortable. But what I loved the most were the views from the decks. Being so close, there were beautiful views of the beach and the sunset in the evening. Could have sat out there all day! But then we would have missed this wonderful beach. Being residential, rather than commercial, the beach is quiet and uncrowded. And only steps away from the house. Can't wait to go back!

Our stay at Indian Pass was awesome. The home was situated south facing and allowed viewing of both sunrise and sunset. The house was well appointed and comfortable. Nicely decorated and the decks on each floor faced the beach and the water and were great spots for coffee in the morning and drinks at sunset in the evening. The Indian Pass neighborhood is quiet and private and golf carts are allowed on the road as well as the beach. Overall a great place to stay and I would highly recommend the property and would stay there again in the future! Five stars for sure!

The house was clean overall; however, there were 2 dirty dishtowels in the drawer with the clean ones. The cleaning team or previous guest left a can of diet Dr. Pepper in the freezer which exploded on our freezer items.

We never needed the property management while we were there, but they were very easily accessible. Along with the app and book at the house with all the information, I knew if we had a problem, they would be readily available. The booking process was very easy as well. They were always very helpful and informative. There were just enough places nearby to eat, without being too commercialized. We will definitely return to the area.

We loved the location! Everything was just what we wanted. We had a ton of space on the beach to play kickball games, throw the frisbee and have bon fires. Drinking coffee on the porch was perfect. We enjoyed our stay.

Even more, it has it's own beach access which leads to a gorgeous, quiet beach. If you are looking to get away from it all, look no further than Divers Den! We had a wonderful working vacation.
