Great vacation property.  Fully stocked home ready for children including high chair, baby gates, crockpot, coffee makers, clothes steamer, food steamer, blender, washer/dryer, vacuum, grill, utensils, etc. Great and fast communication from management company for questions. Amazing location. Beautiful beach. Great outdoor furniture. Couldn’t have asked for more really. Highly recommend this home.

Everything was classy from the dishes to the cookware!  Nicely laid out and friendly Neighbors.  

Fabulous getaway!  The property was immaculate, well stocked with amenities, and very comfortable. We were immediately in love and constantly impressed with the accommodations as well as the customer service response time. The house did have a couple issues, as is common with new construction, but manager was very prompt to resolve the issues and taking care of us. Highly recommend!

This home is lovely and seems so well cared for. We've had lots of beach rental experiences, but this is the first time we've walked into a place that felt so easy to settle into. Thank you and the cleaning crew for the obvious work that went into preparing the home for us.

Perfect!  Just as advertised. The best thing I can say is that the house was just as advertised. There were not any negative surprises. The house is right on the beach--so close that on a calm day I could sit on the balcony and hear my daughters talking on the beach. The view of the pier, dolphins, and boats leaving the waterway were an added bonus. The house is tastefully decorated and my wife kept talking about how they had to have a professional designer and consistent paint colors--which she liked. Great view of the beach and gulf from the kitchen and dining area. The master bedroom was very comfortable, though my adult children said the upstairs bedroom mattresses were a little too firm. The master bath was a huge upgrade for us. Plenty of storage space to hide whatever you bring with you to the beach. Very early one morning my wife and I sat on the balcony and saw a dozen shooting stars within 30 minutes--something we cannot do in Atlanta! Just a five minute walk away are three stores for fishing gear, beach supplies, souvenirs and fresh fish (great shrimp, snapper & grouper). Covered parking for cars and an outside shower to rinse off sand are also great amenities. Though we were in the height of tourist season, we never had bad traffic--which was one of the reasons we choose Mexico Beach. I definitely recommend Happy Ours Kayak rentals (30 minutes away) for a four-hour self-directed kayaking and snorkeling trip. Grocery stores are about 20 minutes away, so keep that in mind. Indian Pass Raw (Oyster) Bar and Sunset Coastal Grill are two very good restaurants worth visiting. Hope we get the chance to go back.

RIGHT ON THE BEACH!!!  We loved our stay in Mexico Beach! The house has the most amazing view of the ocean, right up front and center. My favorite place was the porch, we hung out there all day and into the night. (Nice patio furniture)The walk to the beach is less than one minute. The beach was never crowded, which is perfect for us. The house has everything you need. The decor was very nice! Everything was super clean and the most amazing pantry to stock all of our stuff. Two of the bedrooms have very comfortable beds, the two double beds were really, really firm. I would so rent this house again and would highly recommend it to everyone.

This beautiful home was exactly as depicted in the description and pictures. It was clean and well appointed. The home was very roomy and the bedrooms and the living area were very comfortable. The 2 decks provided a beautiful, unobstructed view of the beach and ocean. There was plenty of seating on both decks and a very nice gas grill. The outdoor shower was very private, had hot and cold water and was clean and well maintained. There was also a water spigot on the lower deck which we used often and was convenient to clean our feet before entering the home. There was plenty of parking and that area was clean and well maintained also. The kitchen was very nice with 2 ovens and a microwave plus several other amenities. There were several homes nearby, but this home felt very private and it was always quiet. The wi-fi worked great and was easy to access. Also, I should add, that there is a path from the home directly to the beach. It was very easy to get back and forth from the beach to the house with no roads or obstacles.

This was our first trip to Mexico Beach. We were looking for a low-key vacation spot without crowds. This was the perfect spot. If you have kids (or adults) that require entertainment, Mexico Beach isn't the place. If you want to relax on the beach all day, you found the right place. The only negative thing about the area is the lack of quality restaurants. We enjoy dining out on vacation, and we only found one very nice restaurant. It was in Port St Joe. There were a few places that we enjoyed, but we would have preferred a couple more high-end choices.

We would highly recommend this rental. We wish it were our own home!!

July 4th Fireworks ... Best seat in town!  We love Mexico Beach, and Sunset Dreamer is one of the best vacation homes in the area. This is a beautiful appointed home, with everything you'll need for an amazing family vacation. Great location, right on the beach ... spacious interior and two large decks. Plenty of room for everyone to spread-out. All the beds are very comfortable and the master bath is to die-for (the grandkids fought over who would be first to take a shower or bath). Families with children will especially appreciate the large laundry room and outside shower! We would definitely recommend Sunset Dreamer to our family & friends.

Beautiful house.  Very nice.  We enjoyed our time at this house. Kids loved it and we all enjoyed sitting on the porch, it was very relaxing. This house had pretty much everything you need.

Clean, comfortable and close to beach.  Our family enjoyed a wonderful week.  This environment is more pleasurable than the crowded areas of Destin and such. Fine restaurants. We're not fancy eaters but they had good bar-b-q, burgers and plenty fish offerings. Breakfast was big or small. A good coffe shop. Good icecream shops. Good pizza Nearby areas to explore. Plenty of shopping for the girls. And too many opportunities to buy stuff we didn't need. A wonderful week for our family of 6. Aged from 4 to 70.

This home was spacious, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The beach view was beautiful, from every room in the home. Beach access is literally at the foot of the stairs. We would definitely stay here again. We loved it!!

We really enjoyed our stay, we were there for Thanksgiving. Very spacious, amazing view of the beach and sunset. All the amenities of home. Would definitely stay again.

This home is simply stunning! From the moment you walk in you feel at home. The views of the water are gorgeous from sun up to sun down! The interior of the home is beautifully decorated with a well thought out floor plan. The master bathroom was our own little spa like retreat! This was the perfect home for our family vacation. We could cook meals in or easily get to restaurants both in Mexico Beach and Port St Joe. Most days were spent on the beach as it was just steps away from the house. The boys also enjoyed fishing off of the nearby pier. The information provided by Silvia was extremely helpful in having a successful stay! Our check in and checkout process was as easy as it gets. We can't wait to return in the future!
