A spacious, open concept encompasses the main living level on this home's first floor. The kitchen is a stunner and showcases exquisite countertops, bright white custom cabinetry, and top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances (including a large gas range). The large dining table offers seating for 6 guests, and 4 additional seats are available at the nearby breakfast bar. Beautiful new furnishings invite you to relax in the gorgeous living area, which also boasts a large, mounted flat-screen television. Natural light fills the room, and double sliding-glass doors lead to the spacious, first-floor outdoor deck. An additional entertainment area can be found just up the stairs on the second floor.

Guests can choose from a variety of luxurious and spacious sleeping accommodations. On the first floor you can find a beachside king bed guest room with an en suite bath and private deck access. An additional king bed guest room with an en suite bath can also be found on the first floor. Up on the second floor, guests will find the enchanting, primary Master king guest room with en suite bath and large private balcony. In the oversized bonus room, there are three twin-over-twin bunk beds with the final bathroom located just outside the door in the hallway.

Guests will love having their own pool in the backyard that is completely fenced in for extra privacy! There is outdoor seating, meant to enjoy year-round. You will be able to shop for bikes, paddle boards, kayaks, beach chairs, umbrellas, or even beach carts. No need to find the rental company, your gear will be delivered to your beach house and will be waiting for your arrival.
